Job Title:
Content Operations Coordinator
Duration: 06 Months contract with possible Extension
Pay Rate: $38-$42.00/hour DOE
Summary
An American multinational corporation and technology corporation is seeking a Content Acquisition Associate with 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree. This role focuses on transitioning existing workflows into a new CRM system, optimizing content and data management practices. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective CRM integration and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Transition existing acquisition team workflows into new CRM tool.
- Develop and document best practices for using CRM tool within content acquisition.
- Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the team.
- Optimize CRM databases for better data organization and reporting.
Must Have:
- Experience working in both CONTENT and CRM systems.
- Experience with NEW CRM integrations or implementations.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong collaboration skills with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to monitor adoption progress, collect feedback, and refine systems as needed.
