ATR International is seeking a Content Acquisition Associate for an important client in Cupertino, CA.

Job Details:
Transition existing acquisition team workflows into new CRM tool.

• Develop and document best practices for using CRM tool within content acquisition.
• Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the team.
• Optimize CRM databases for better data organization and reporting.
• Ensure the Greats Process (sourcing back catalog games) is fully integrated into relevant CRM tools.
• Collaborate with developers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Create intake forms for developers to streamline data collection and ensure all relevant information is integrated into the new CRM tool.
• Monitor adoption progress, collect feedback, and refine the system as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 3+ years related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Location:
Cupertino, CA – hybrid

Hourly Rate: $32.00 - $42.00
