Senior Manager of AI Enablement & Adoption - Services Operations

Cupertino, California, United States Software and Services

We are assembling a new team to expedite the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) throughout Services Operations. We are seeking a senior leader to establish and scale the AI Education, Training, and Adoption function, encompassing the design of role‑based learning journeys, the development of hands‑on enablement programs, the expansion of the AI Ambassadors network, driving AI community efforts, and the implementation of change management necessary for a successful AI transformation.

This role holds significant visibility and serves as a foundational position. As one of the initial hires for this pillar, you will shape the strategy, develop programs from the ground up, collaborate deeply with leaders across the organization, and directly influence the adoption and utilization of AI by hundreds of employees globally. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience as a builder, demonstrating equal proficiency in operating at the strategic level and executing tasks hands‑on.

Description

In this role, you will design and lead org‑wide AI learning and adoption strategy. You will craft engaging, scalable learning experiences for employees and leaders across a wide range of AI fluency levels — from those unfamiliar with AI to technical product teams pushing the boundaries of innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including L&D, HR, Communications, Product, and Engineering to embed AI fluency into onboarding, leadership development, and day‑to‑day workflows.

You will also oversee the AI Ambassadors network, building a global community of practitioners who champion adoption across the organization. You will measure and track adoption, understand barriers to change, and use data‑driven insights to iterate on programs and materials. Your work will play a critical role in evolving how we work, learn, and innovate with AI.

  • Work with L&D, People Business Partners, and cross‑functional teams to embed AI learning into leadership development, onboarding, and talent programs.
  • Collaborate with teams across Apple and learn from AI enablement initiatives happening elsewhere to adopt best practices for Services org.
