Work Model

Hybrid – onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates may be based out of any approved location.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in organizational psychology, social sciences, statistics, economics, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience with employee surveys or HR analytics, ideally with a focus on employee engagement.
Skills & Attributes
  • Analytical skills, dashboards, data analysis, data visualization.
  • Experience supporting employee surveys end‑to‑end, including fielding, analysis (descriptive & inferential statistics, correlation, qualitative analysis), and report creation.
  • Strong data visualization skills (charts, tables, slides).
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of data privacy principles in survey research.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization platforms (R, SPSS, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with survey platforms (Medallia preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred).
  • Experience with PowerPoint or Keynote (preferred), Excel, and collaboration tools (Box, Quip).
  • Experience generating clear, actionable insights and executive‑ready reports and presentations (≥3 years).
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills (≥3 years).
  • Strong experience managing employee engagement surveys end to end (≥3 years).
Duties
  • Work with the team to deliver employee engagement surveys and generate insights that directly influence the employee experience.
  • Support survey operations, including managing survey invitations and reporting access, quality control, and testing of online survey and reporting portal.
  • Provide user help to People Business Partners, employees, and other teams via Slack, email, and case management.
  • Partner with Senior Research Managers to analyze survey results (scaled items and open text) and identify insights related to employee sentiment.
  • Contribute to the development of new survey methodologies and research initiatives.
  • Create reporting materials using Keynote, Pages, and other tools for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Review reports to ensure data accuracy and quality.
