• 2-3 years of experience in facilities operations, lab support, or related fields
• Experience with inventory management, space management, and facilities operations
• High proficiency in data management, communications, and generating content for leadership consumption; applications including MacOS/iOS, Word, Excel, etc.
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment basic functionality: oscilloscopes, multimeters, electronic loads, power supplies, and other common electrical, mechanical and measurement devices
• Basic networking knowledge a plus
• Fast learner with adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to coordinate across teams
• Familiarity with workplace safety protocols (EHS) in lab environments
• Experience with gas tank systems – monitoring, changing, and ensuring safety procedures
• Knowledge of water filtration systems and general lab infrastructure
• Proven ability to handle calibration processes and manage maintenance tickets
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Inquisitive, critical mindset eager to learn new systems independently and find solutions without supervision
• Willingness to go the extra mile when needed; high attention to detail
