Join ACES as a Behavior Technician. Pay Range: $23 - $30/hour for clinical work (based on experience). $500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL NEW HIRES. What You’ll Do As a Behavior Technician- Work one-on-one with children with autism in one of our centers or in a home-based setting.
- Reinforce positive behavior using proven therapeutic techniques learned in our industry-leading training program.
- Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on a company-provided iPad using our systems.

- Anyone seeking a rewarding career working with children. Some successful team members have experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or childcare volunteer. All applicants are welcome!
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- A willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology.
- Access to reliable transportation for commuting to surrounding areas (including ACES locations and client homes).
- Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at times most needed by families.
- The pay range provided is for clinical work (direct treatment services). ACES pays a different rate for non-clinical work (training, travel time, meetings, etc.) at $19.20/hour.
