Hardware System Engineer

Overview

HW System Engineer. We are seeking enthusiastic System Engineers to join our team. This candidate will work closely with a multi-functional team to develop complex analysis tools to characterize hardware products. This position will be based in Cupertino and will have active engagement with the Hardware, Module and Design & Validation teams.

• Work closely with multi-functional team to develop complex analysis tools to characterize hardware products.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Module and Design & Validation teams to support hardware characterization and verification activities.

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or greater with minimum of 3-4 years of python development experience
• Working experience with other scripting languages (Perl, Shell, Unix)
• Exposure to functional verification specifically with consumer electronics
• Understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills - strong technical writing
• Confirmed ability to work independently under high pressure and dynamic environment

• Scripting [Python proficiency] - important with Basic EE knowledge [Need to understand the existing script and modify them]
• Data analysis & understanding of high-volume data handling, data distribution, statistics, etc...
• Linux / MAC - OS
• Familiar with system level FA - no hands-on experience needed
• Familiar with USB, SPI, I2C, etc... interfaces
