Construction Documents Draftsman

Ayla Interior Design is seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer to collaborate with architects and project teams on residential projects. This role focuses on delivering thoughtful, trend-driven interior spaces from concept development through construction.

• Prepare accurate and detailed interior construction drawings based on approved design concepts
• Develop floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings with precise dimensions and specifications
• Coordinate drawings with interior designers
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and project requirements
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback
• Assist in resolving technical and constructability issues during the construction phase
• Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and version control
• Support the Project Manager and site team with technical drawings and clarifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Technical Drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
