VITURE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide dedicated support for our Amazon marketplace operations. This full-time hybrid role is based in Cupertino, CA or Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy, with experience in online chat and phone support.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer support via online chat, phone, and email, with timely and professional resolutions.
- Manage Amazon customer inquiries, account questions, and service issues with empathy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, logistics) to accelerate and resolve complex cases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and updates in the system.
- Monitor support KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT, contributing ideas for process improvements.
- Assist in creating and updating help center resources, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
- Uphold VITURE’s customer-first values, ensuring every interaction reinforces a positive brand experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or technology-driven environments.
- Experience supporting Amazon marketplace or other online platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficient in online chat and phone support, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
