Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer — Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until work is completed).

San Jose, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00+/hour (Base pay + per-vehicle photo payout)

About The Role

Pro-Motion Pix is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Inventory Technician / Photographer to manage, organize, and photograph dealership vehicle inventory for online listings. Using a company-issued iPhone and proprietary app, you’ll ensure vehicles are accurately documented, staged, and visually represented to support clean, up-to-date inventory online.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active outdoors, and taking pride in accuracy, organization, and visual quality.

• Travel between assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops)
• Locate, stage, and verify vehicles for photography and video
• Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone and app
• Apply window stickers and confirm vehicle details match dealership records
• Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness
• Track and manage completed work through the company app

No photography experience required — paid training provided!

• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively
• Take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
• Are comfortable using smartphones and learning new technology
• Have experience driving manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn
• Manual transmission experience is a plus

• Paid training — no prior photography experience required
• Company-issued iPhone and photo equipment
