Superintendent - Residential Construction

Position: Full-Time, On-Site

We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead high-quality residential construction projects from start to finish, with the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding, vertically integrated development team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee on‑site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Take ownership of multiple projects, gaining broad exposure across planning, design, and construction
• Lead, mentor, and grow your own on‑site teams, developing future leaders in construction

• 5+ years of residential construction management experience (custom homes, multi‑family, or similar)
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing on‑site teams
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management and scheduling software is a plus
