Department: Speed Construction
Responsibilities- Track overall project milestones and key dates across multiple projects
- Maintain master schedules, look-ahead timelines, and internal trackers
- Coordinate schedule updates between Construction, Design, Listing, and Materials teams
- Flag potential delays or conflicts to the Construction Manager for resolution
- Organize and maintain project documentation (drawings, specs, contracts, RFIs, submittals)
- Ensure the team is working off the latest approved documents
- Track document revisions and approval status
- Support document routing and signature workflows
Required
- 1–3+ years of experience in construction, real estate development, or related coordination roles
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools
Preferred
- Experience working with Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with residential or mixed-use construction workflows
- Understanding of basic construction terminology and project phases
