Full-time positions are now available with toddlers

- Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
- 12 Child Development units completed required:
Child Development, Child, Family, and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, and Principles and Practices. If applying for an Infant or Toddler position, Infant and Toddler Development class is required as one of the curriculum courses - Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required
- Transcripts will be required at time of hire
- AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
The hourly rate for this position is between $25.75 - $31.45 per hour. The pay range listed reflects Bright Horizons’ good faith estimate for this job opening. Actual offers will depend on factors including experience, education, certifications, geography, and other business factors.
