CNC Operator

Are you an experienced CNC Milling Operator looking for a stable dayshift role within a well‑established and supportive machine shop? Our client based in Cupar is expanding their team and looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join their growing operation.

About the Role

As a CNC Operator, you'll play a key part in delivering high‑quality machined components using modern CNC milling equipment. You'll be working with a friendly and experienced team, contributing to smooth production flow and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating CNC milling machines safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading parts and materials
Working with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls
Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
Ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the machining process
Fitting seamlessly into an established machine shop environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a CNC Milling Operator
Good understanding of CNC machining processes
Mazak / Mazatrol experience is highly desirable
CNC programming experience is not required
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
