Join our team as a Sales and Service Team Member and excel in a role where your ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service is key. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless experience that enhances satisfaction.

• Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Drive sales and service excellence through effective communication and persuasive selling
• Manage and process sales transactions and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of sales, services, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience
• Develop strategies to achieve sales and service targets
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
• Confidence in engaging directly with customers
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service strategies
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus
• Property & casualty and/or life insurance license is advantageous, but not required
