Responsibilities include:

• Promoting trust and respect among associates.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making product suggestions.
• Maintaining knowledge of products and informing customers about specials.
• Checking product quality and freshness.
• Labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
• Following food safety regulations and maintaining proper temperatures.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Managing conflict and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math knowledge.

Preferred:

• Retail experience.
• Second language skills.
