SALLY STORE MANAGER:

Your Role As a Store Manager

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed to protect customers, staff, and store assets.
• Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, sometimes while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

The role involves physical activities like standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving equipment. Exposure to chemicals may occur.
