Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities include leading and developing team members, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and achieving operational goals. Additionally, the General Manager will analyze financial performance, implement improvement strategies, oversee inventory management, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, especially in the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong operational management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service and team-building skills
- Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the restaurant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to an on-site full-time schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
