About the Role:
Health Saviours is seeking a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Cumming, GA to start ASAP. This assignment is for a 13 days contract. You will be working 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift and on Days. This position offers a pay range of $45.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
As a PACU/Pre-Post Op RN, you'll care for patients as they wake up from anesthesia and recover after surgery.
This role offers you the chance to give patients immediate care and support, working alongside a dedicated medical team.

Minimum 2 years of Pre-Op RN experience .
Active RN license .
Certifications:
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
NIHSS Certification
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments, including medical history review, vital signs, and pre-surgical clearance.
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures, anesthesia, and post-operative expectations.
Administer medications and initiate IV therapy as prescribed.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure safe patient preparation.
Monitor and document patient status in compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Identify and address any potential complications before surgery.
Support patients emotionally, ensuring a calm and safe pre-op experience.
