The Fifth Floor Gastrointestinal (GI)/COVID Medical/Surgical Unit at Northside Hospital Forsyth (NSF) is a thirty-four-bed unit, which has the capability of providing care to adolescents, adults, as well as a geriatric population.
The unit is comprised of all acute care private rooms with telemetry capability. Northside Holiday Expectations: MUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3:
Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year's Day AND 1 Minor Holiday:
Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Year's Eve
