Locum Tenens Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) jobs – Cumming, Georgia (zip code 30041). This travel contract offers 8-hour day shifts in a University GYN Oncology unit, providing patient care in North Georgia near Lake Lanier.

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2000–$2050
• Contract Duration: 12 weeks (Start: 10/20/2025 – End: 1/10/2026)
• Holiday Coverage:
  Required to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Oncology nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Georgia
• BLS certification (required)
• Chemo certification (required)
• Strong clinical skills in Oncology, bone marrow transplant, and GYN oncology
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• No local candidates within 50 miles

• Deliver compassionate and expert nursing care to oncology patients in the University GYN Oncology unit
• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about oncology treatment options, side effects, and self-care strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
• Participate in holiday coverage as required
