• You want first‑shift, hands‑on work rebuilding rotating machinery
• You excel at precision measurement and holding tight tolerances
• You enjoy interpreting blueprints and schematics to plan complex assemblies
• You’re confident using overhead cranes, forklifts, and a variety of tools

• Full overhaul of horizontal and vertical pumps: diagnose faults, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble
• Interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work steps and construct foundations for pump assembly and disassembly
• Operate manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools safely and efficiently
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions and clearances
• Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy
• Rig and move components using overhead cranes and forklifts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years as a pump mechanic or similar role with large pumps/rotating equipment
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; overhead crane and forklift operation
• Ability to read measurement tools and communicate findings clearly
• Strong oral and written communication, manual dexterity, control precision
• Critical thinking and deductive reasoning; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
