Client Command has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue execution, developing Account Executives, and building a high-performance sales culture across Direct, Affiliate, and Ad Agency sales channels. This role owns day-to-day sales execution, pipeline health, coaching, and performance management while partnering closely with the VP of Customer Experience (Head of Sales).
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in accountability-driven environments and can translate strategy into consistent results.
Responsibilities- Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead weekly pipeline, deal strategy, and forecast reviews; enforce qualification, stage integrity, and close discipline.
- Drive urgency, accountability, and KPI-based performance management across the sales team.
- Coach and develop Account Executives through regular 1:1s, reducing ramp time and improving attainment consistency.
- Oversee execution across Direct, Affiliate, and other sales channels, ensuring proper engagement, deal quality, margin, and co-selling practices.
- Build and maintain scalable sales playbooks, onboarding, and training programs.
- Partner with sales leadership on territory design, hiring, and scaling the sales organization.
- Establish and reinforce a culture of ownership, transparency, and high performance; celebrate wins and address underperformance quickly.
- 5–8+ years in B2B sales with 2+ years in sales leadership
- Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills
- Experience managing multi-channel sales motions
- Data-driven, direct, and highly accountable
- Comfortable leading and training in evolving product environments
- Ability to travel up to 75% of a month
- Experience in the automotive or automotive vendor sector.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- We offer a hybrid work environment. Candidates should live within a commutable distance of our headquarters in Alpharetta, GA and are required to be in office 3 days per week minimum, when not traveling.
