Corporate & Transactional Partner / Senior Attorney – Remote

Role Overview

Our nationally recognized corporate and transactional law platform serves clients across nearly all 50 states. We provide comprehensive administrative, finance, and operational support—allowing our attorneys to focus exclusively on delivering high‑quality legal work and growing their practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This role is designed for experienced partner‑level or senior attorneys who bring an established book of business and are seeking a platform to scale revenue, reduce overhead, and maximize billable time.

Qualifications:

• Partner-level or senior attorney experience
• Portable book of business of $350K–$500K+
• Strong client management and business development capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a collaborative platform

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage existing client relationships
• Serve as trusted legal advisor to corporate clients
• Handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
• Business formations and entity structuring
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Regulatory and compliance matters
• General corporate counsel work
• Originate and expand new business opportunities
• Maintain productivity by billing 6+ hours per day, supported by minimal non‑billable administrative tasks
