- Familiarity with operational metrics and service health, including SLOs, MTTR, CSAT, and KPIs
- Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL
- Experience with root cause analysis and reporting
- A working background with major ticketing platforms such as Service Now, Remedy, or Jira
- Extensive knowledge Microsoft 365
- Practical experience with Intune
- A strong understanding of Azure cloud services
