• Clean criminal background check
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation with insurance
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of - Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident /Social Security Card
• Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired
• CPR/First Aid, TB test or chest X-ray required
• CNA License desired
