Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Days

Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care hospital. This role supports a variety of medical and surgical patients, including ICU, stroke/neurological, and orthopedic cases.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Hours:
  
  40 per week

• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks

• Holidays: 1 winter & 1 summer holiday required

• On-call:
  None

Position Overview

• Provide OT care for acute care patients across the hospital based on physician orders

• Support patients with a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans

• Document patient progress and interventions using One Chart – Cerner

Requirements

• Active Georgia OT license

• Minimum 2 years of acute care OT experience

• BLS certification

• Experience in ICU, stroke/neurological, orthopedic, or general acute care
