Medical Receptionist - Front Desk - Cumming, GA

We are looking for a motivated individual to work as a receptionist in the medical field. This position will perform a variety of administrative functions with a focus on customer service. Vibrant personality and professional presence.

• Ensures all patient paperwork is completed either prior to or upon patient check-in and prior to patient being seen by provider.
• Ensures all paperwork is scanned and/or uploaded into patient account/electronic health record (EHR) in a digital format.
• Use of computers, telephone, fax machine, copier, calculator, credit card processing machine, document scanner, and other office equipment necessary to perform required duties as appropriate to the scope of the practice.
• Responsible for all front office functions including patient registration, check‑in, check‑out, collecting co‑payments, deductibles, and any other patient‑owed account balance at both check‑in and check‑out, appointment scheduling, and other duties as assigned.
• Travel is involved between offices on an as‑needed basis.

• Minimum:
  High School Degree or Equivalent Required.
• Computer skills: 1 year (Required).
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred).
• Ability to relocate:
  Must relocate before starting work to Cumming, GA 30040 (Required).

Job Type: Full‑time.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. 8‑hour shift.
