• Greet, register, and check patients in/out
• Answer incoming calls
• Schedule, cancel, and confirm appointments
• Verify patient balances, collect and process patient payments, and update patient accounts
• Process insurance eligibility
• Manage medical records requests
• Handle patient complaints or concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Experience:
  
  Some previous work-related experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
• eClinical Works (eCW) EMR is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
