Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA therapy team. The RBT will provide 1:1 in‑home ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a BCBA.

$22.00/hr – $30.00/hr

• Deliver in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Implement behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following the patient’s treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Minimum 1 year of special education experience (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of applied behavior analysis experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
