Assists physicians during cardiac cath procedures, pacemaker/ICD insertions, electrophysiology, and other miscellaneous procedures by operating the physiologic/hemodynamic monitoring computer and/or scrubbing for invasive cardiac and vascular procedures. Provides patient care to adult and geriatric patients.
REQUIRED- Education/
Experience:
1 year prior Interventional experience (Cath/Radiology) or 2 years prior diagnostic lab experience (Cath/Radiology) or Associate’s Degree in a Health Science Program or completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology with appropriate specialization) - Certification: ARRT or RCIS in lieu of certifications
- Minimum of four (4) years recent experience in interventional cardiac cath lab and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
