Full-Time Lead Infant Teacher (Monday–Friday)
We’re looking for a nurturing, dependable Lead Infant Teacher to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. This role is perfect for someone who loves caring for infants and creating a calm, loving environment where babies feel safe, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Do:- Create and maintain a warm, engaging infant classroom
- Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and naps with care and consistency
- Implement our play-based Wonder of Learning Curriculum
- Build strong relationships with families and team members
- Guide and support assistant teachers
- CDA, TCC, or 15 units of ECE coursework or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early learning setting
- Lead teacher qualifications per licensing requirements
- A caring, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
