Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is preferred; however, we will support the training and development of an experienced dental assistant. Our ideal candidate loves kids, is flexible and reliable, and seeks to grow professionally.

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
• Radiography requirements according to state regulations.

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
• Pediatric experience, preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
• Project a capable and professional image reflective of Company Values.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail; able to multitask and perform duties in a timely manner.
• PC skills with ability to learn and use new software; proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office preferred; experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
