Septic Blue is a leading provider of septic system services, specializing in septic tank pumping, inspections, repairs, and maintenance, has partnered with Team One Logistics, a workforce provider, to help maximize our growth potential.

We’re expanding and looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service and Dispatch Representatives in our call center.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and room to grow within our company!

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Scheduling service appointments and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our system
  • Resolving issues and ensuring customers feel confident and taken care of

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or home services experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfort learning and navigating software systems (Service Titan experience is a plus)
  • A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
