The Lube Technician is an entry‑level position responsible for acquiring the skills and techniques to perform a variety of services safely and properly on customers’ vehicles. The role involves training in company procedures for job acceleration and growth while maintaining excellent service and technical/mechanical skills.
* UNIFORM SHIRTS, JACKET AND BELT are provided.

• Replace air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers.
• Check and adjust under‑hood fluid levels if necessary.
• Test, service, and replace vehicle batteries.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Perform visual safety checks and look for fluid leaks.
• Maintain industry safety guidelines.
• Maintain timely attendance and accurate time‑record keeping.
• Perform basic shop maintenance and daily cleaning.
• Use a computer for basic tasks and registration.
• Follow grooming standards and uniform guidelines.
• Support a respectful and healthy workplace environment.
• Perform essential duties without damaging vehicles.
• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning (mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, litter removal, snow and ice removal, restroom cleaning, etc.).
• Complete all required training and attend team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Driver’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic math ability.
• Ability to safely and properly use mechanical tools without damaging vehicles.
• Demonstrated self‑accountability, teamwork, willingness, and ability to learn.
