Your new company
A respected UK house builder requires short-term Site Manager cover on a new build housing development in Cumbria. The site is well-organised, with ongoing works requiring experienced oversight for a brief period.

Your new role
You will provide 2 days of Site Manager cover, ensuring the safe and smooth running of a live new build housing project. Key duties include managing on-site trades, maintaining health & safety compliance, monitoring quality, and keeping progress on track during the cover period.

What you'll need to succeed
Valid SMSTSFirst Aid at Work
Proven experience managing new build housing sites
Strong understanding of health & safety
Ability to step in quickly and maintain high site standards

What you'll get in return
25 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
2 days immediate work
