This is a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Manchester for a Site Agent. The Site Agent will oversee the daily operations of civil engineering and construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating site teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project.

The role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to efficiently deliver client expectations.

• Proven experience in civil engineering and construction project management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to and work on site
