Apex Resources Limited are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team in Cumbernauld. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time role working a 4-day week, offering an excellent work-life balance while remaining part of a busy and supportive operation.

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Handling a variety of goods, including large and non-standard items
• Working with unusual or awkward loads (experience highly beneficial)
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience handling unusual, oversized, or non-standard loads (preferred)
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills

• Full-time hours across 4 days
