Mobile Forklift Engineer
My client, a provider of forklift and materials handling solutions, is seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join their Cumbernauld service team. This is a full‑time position with ongoing support, training and a clear route for progression.
Location:
Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Monday – Friday | 40 Hours | Day Shifts
Van + Fuel Card | Personal Allowance
Responsibilities- Service and repair forklift trucks and similar machinery
- Perform LOLER inspections and fault diagnostics
- Attend breakdowns and customer sites as required
- Complete all job paperwork and ensure health and safety compliance
- Engineering experience with forklifts, plant, or heavy machinery
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Good fault‑finding and communication skills
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary
- Fully equipped van + fuel card
- Internal training and development
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
