Overview

As part of our Housing Business Unit, the successful candidate will manage relationships with existing Housing Association clients, focusing on customer retention and revenue growth by upselling and cross‑selling One Advanced solutions.

What You Will Do
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across a diverse and complex portfolio of existing clients
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to successful close
  • Proactively generate, develop, and close business opportunities within the current customer base
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts on a monthly and annual basis
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans to meet or exceed individual sales targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, focusing on delivering value to both client and business
  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within complex client environments
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
