Hours: 40 per week, 5 days out of 7 (predominantly Monday to Friday)

We're looking for a Retail Manager to join our friendly team and help deliver an exceptional experience across retail, bar and coffee areas. If you're passionate about retail, love leading a team, and want a role that offers work-life balance, this is the opportunity for you!

• Manage, train, and schedule staff to ensure full coverage and strong performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively
• Drive sales, promotions, and upselling across all areas
• Control stock, ordering, waste, and supplier relationships
• Manage cash handling, tills, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and alcohol licensing
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising
• Monitor performance, control costs, and support business growth

• Previous retail experience.
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks (must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years).
• Strong leadership skills and a hands‑on approach.
