We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our PSL (Pressure Sensitive Labels) team. If you have an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of printing processes and experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you!

• Efficiently setting up jobs and managing changeovers
• Producing high-quality labels in line with ISO standards
• Maximising production efficiency while minimising waste
• Leading and supporting the Print Assistant
• Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
• Following all health and safety and standard operating procedures
• Meeting and exceeding company KPIs
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe

• Proven experience as a Flexographic Printer, specifically in high-quality label production
• A keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of quality control procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on press
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong time management and attendance record
• Confidence in working to tight customer deadlines

Please note, this role involves shift work, working a three-shift rotation.
