Head of Private Client

A well-established Private Client team is seeking a Head of Private Client (Associate level) with a pathway to Partnership to join their Worcestershire office. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a varied and autonomous private client caseload while developing into a leadership role within a supportive, family-oriented firm.

You will be managing a busy caseload with a collaborative and client-focused team, providing a strong platform for progression throughout the department.

• Manage a full spectrum of private client matters with autonomy
• Provide leadership and support within the existing team
• Progress into partnership
• Maintain strong client relationships and oversee quality delivery
• Contribute to the growth, development, and strategic direction of the Private Client team
• Qualified Solicitor (CILEX considered) with around 5+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
• Experience in private client work, ideally from regional or mid-sized firms
• Confident, independent, and approachable with strong leadership potential
• Capable of managing colleagues and providing guidance within an established team
• Personable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality client outcomes
• Office-based with1 day remote possible
• Strong work-life balance: 9–5 Monday–Thursday, 9–4:30 Friday; offices close at 6pm
