What you’ll be doing…

As a Cleaning Supervisor
, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. You’ll coordinate daily cleaning operations, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Supervise and support cleaning staff across designated areas or shifts

Allocate tasks, manage rotas, and ensure coverage for absences or additional needs

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met

Provide training and guidance on cleaning procedures, equipment, and health & safety

Ensure correct and safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials in line with COSHH regulations

Maintain stock levels and request supplies as required

Report maintenance or facility issues to the appropriate team

Act as the point of contact for any site-level cleaning concerns or queries

Working pattern:
08:30 till 17:30 or 10:30 till 19:00 Monday to Friday

What can you bring?

Experience in a cleaning role, with supervisory or team-leading experience

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and health & safety standards

Familiarity with COSHH regulations and safe working practices

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Good communication and people management skills

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work
