You don’t need management experience just motivation, people skills and a desire to learn.

As a Catering Supervisor Apprentice, you’ll develop the skills needed to lead and motivate small teams, coordinate service and ensure high‑quality customer experiences.

You’ll learn how to:

• Organise staff and resources
• Support smooth, efficient service during school meals and events
• Deliver great customer care
• Build leadership and communication skills
• Contribute to a positive, well‑run catering environment
