Bank Band 7 Pharmaciststo join our clinical pharmacy team and support safe, high‑quality patient care across our hospital services. The Role as a Bank Band 7 Pharmacist, you will provide essential clinical pharmacy cover to meet service demands. You will work flexibly across inpatient areas, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.

• Delivery of clinical pharmacy services to designated wards
• Carrying out medicines reconciliation and clinical screening
• Optimising therapy in collaboration with medical and nursing teams
• Supporting safe discharge planning
• Providing expert advice on medicines management
• Contributing to antimicrobial stewardship and high‑risk medicine monitoring
• Offering guidance and support to junior staff when needed
