Join our client’s care team to support service users in the community, helping them live an independent life in North Lanarkshire.

• £12.60 per hour
• Company vehicle (whist on shift), insurance and fuel paid for

• Support service users in all aspects of personal care
• Support service users with medication where required
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs
• Carry out light house duties
• Assist service users with finances as per company policy
• Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required
• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing
• Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends, and wider community
• At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner
• Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly
• Report a service user’s progress on the correct platforms
• May be required to work in different areas to provide support or to carry out other reasonable duties as necessary
