A local business services provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Housing Enforcement Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting HHSRS property inspections and must have a recognized certificate in the HHSRS framework. This role requires office attendance at least three days per week and a valid driving license. Standard DBS clearance is also necessary.
Experience with the First Tier Housing Tribunal is advantageous.
