Management Accountant

Lusona Consultancy are delighted to be recruiting for a Management Accountant with our client in the Facilities management sector. Our client are a growing business going through an exciting time of change and expansion across a multi-site environment and they are now seeking to add to the team with an experienced Management Accountant. This is a permanent opportunity offering up to £50,000 - £53,000 per annum plus private healthcare, 33 days holiday, 5% company pension and a 37 hour working week with parking provided on site.

The Management Accountant will report to the Financial Controller and work alongside the finance and commercial team. The Management Accountant will offer business partnering support to the business in addition to presenting monthly management accounts and supporting decision making.

• Acting as a Finance Business Partner to heads of department and operational teams
• Working with budget holders to explain financial performance, variances and trends
• Supporting the month-end close process to deliver timely, reliable reporting
• Assisting with cashflow forecasting, budgets and VAT turnover reconciliations
• Consolidated accounting across the group structure
• Variance analysis and presenting management information to influence decision making

This role would suit a commercial accountant with strong management accounting and business partnering skills to support our client through their growth journey. Candidates professionally qualified or Qualified by experience will be considered.

Our client offer a strong culture and progressive environment for an ambitious accountant with a desire to add value. Experience in Sage, strong excel and CIS would be advantageous but not essential.
