• Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
• Managing the sales ledger and monitoring customer accounts
• Processing invoices efficiently and accurately
• Raising and processing credit notes
• Posting invoices to the accounting system
  
  Performing bank reconciliations
• Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
• Handling finance queries and ensuring timely resolutions
• Maintaining organised and compliant financial documentation

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive and reliable team player
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A willingness to learn and develop within a finance function
